Bobby Benavides is the lead pastor at New Community Church in Elkins, WV. He is the author of MADE FOR MORE: A Journey of Discovery and Purpose and SEARCHING FOR MORE: A 15- Day Devotional. He has spoken to groups of all ages from all over the United States and encourages people to pursue God’s purpose for their life, serve for His glory, and live a life that demonstrates their relationship with Jesus.

Christianity can be confusing. We are living in a time where people are trying to figure out how to interact with culture while holding firm to their faith. I want you to succeed. I want you to know your role in the kingdom of God. I want you to see your fullest potential and walk in that. I want to encourage, challenge, and assist you in your spiritual development.
Everything I will be doing on this site will be designed to help you develop in your leadership, strengthen your relationship with Jesus, and discover new ways to interact with the world around us.
I will write on topics that will create tension at times, but hopefully will motivate you to wrestle with that tension to develop and strengthen your understanding of who you are and what you stand for in the name of Jesus. So, I welcome you to listen, read, subscribe, and enjoy the journey!
